HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO SETUP YOUR EQUIPMENT?
We need roughly one hour before and after your event. This will ensure that our gear can get settled in and come up to temperature. You are never charged for these hours of setup, just hours of actual service. 

 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED TO SETUP?
Our bar takes up a pretty small footprint. Indoors, we ask for about a 10’x10’ square area for our bar and other equipment storage while we are serving. Outside is a little different. Our mobile bar is about 9’ and can be backed into most scenarios. We then require about 20’x10’ for our entire footprint.


 
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU BRING TO AN EVENT?
On our espresso bar, we have a two group espresso machine and an espresso grinder. Pour Over service utilizes burr grinders and Chemex and/or Hario V60 coffee brewers (We absolutely can discuss using a different brew method such as an Aeropress). Cold Brew is pre-brewed and ready for serving. We always use filtered water and supply our own.
 

 

WHAT KIND OF POWER IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT?
Our espresso bar requires a special 240 v outlet. If one is not available or you are unsure, we provide our own power generator. We have about 60 feet of cable to move the generator as far away as possible as well as a sound reducing box. For the other bars (Pour Over and Cold Brew) we need a single outlet on a regular 20 amp circuit. Our extensions can run 100 ft from the outlets.  ** If you’re unsure, get in touch with a facilities or grounds person at your event venue — they should be able to help clarify what power is available. **
 


DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?
We do NOT have a license to sell beer, wine, or liquor. 
 


DO YOU JUST SERVE AT WEDDINGS?
No way! We are able to cater your office party, private brunch, conference, you name it!
 


HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO BOOK COLD MOUNTAIN COFFEE CO. FOR AN EVENT?
We prefer a month's notice, however, A minimum of 2 weeks notice before your event and a full payment for your desired package is required.

 

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE A DATE FOR A PRIVATE EVENT?

Yes, we ask for a 40% deposit to book your desired date. We do not require a deposit for a public event. 

 

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We primarily operate within 60 miles of the Fresno, CA area, so if a further travel is involved, we’ll need to discuss options.
